I. Delivery Restrictions, Delivery Time, and Acceptance of Goods

1. Partial Deliveries
The Supplier may make partial deliveries if reasonable for the Customer and the nature of the order.
2. Delivery Time
•  Delivery times follow §5 of the GTC.
•  Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly confirmed as binding.
•  For prepaid orders, the delivery period begins the day after the Customer authorizes payment.
•  Compliance with delivery times requires the Customer to provide all required information, approvals, or materials on time.
3. Delay in Acceptance
If the Customer is in default of acceptance or fails to cooperate, the Supplier may claim resulting damages and additional expenses.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration transfers to the Customer upon such delay.

II. Prices and Payment Terms

1. Price Structure
•  International transactions: prices in USD, VAT excluded.
•  Domestic transactions: prices in KRW, VAT included.
•  Shipping costs displayed before order submission.
2. Return Costs
For cancellations under §7 of the GTC, the Customer bears return shipping costs.
3. Payment Terms
•  Payment is due immediately (§6.1).
•  Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal (if offered).
4. Offsetting and Retention Rights
The Customer may offset only undisputed, legally established, or Supplier-recognized claims.
5. Default of Payment
•  Performance is suspended while the Customer is in default.
•  Default interest may apply under applicable law.

III. Liability for Defects

Warranty and defect claims follow §9 of the General Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier provides a six-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

IV. Product Safety Information

For paper and synthetic leather materials supplied by the Supplier:

1. Internal risk assessments are performed in accordance with internal quality procedures.
2. When used as intended, the materials pose no known safety risk.
3. Edges of paper or thick materials may be sharp; cuts or impact injuries are possible.
4. Customers should avoid exposure to moisture, extreme humidity, UV exposure, or high temperatures, as such conditions may cause deformation or discoloration.

Product liability and warranty follow GTC §9 and applicable laws.
